Frequently Asked Questions
My "RecToGo Pro" purchase isn't showing up.
Please try "Restore Purchases" in Settings. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID. RecToGo Pro is a one-time purchase and can be restored after reinstalling or switching devices as long as you use the same Apple ID.
Is there a limit on uploads?
The free plan allows up to 5 uploads per week. Upgrading to RecToGo Pro makes uploads unlimited.
Where are my recordings stored?
Recordings are stored on your device, and you can upload them to Google Drive or iCloud Drive by your own action. See the Privacy Policy for details.
