Article 1 (Application Functions)

  1. This application provides the following functions:
    • Audio recording using the microphone
    • Local storage of recorded audio files on the device
    • Saving recorded audio files to the user's Google Drive account (optional feature)
  2. Recording data is stored on the user's device or Google Drive, and the developer does not access the recording content.
  3. This application is developed for personal use.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

  1. This application is available to users aged 13 and above. Minors must obtain parental consent before use.
  2. Only an iOS device is required to use the basic functions (local storage) of this application. A valid Google Drive account is required to use the Google Drive storage function.
  3. Commercial use of this application is prohibited.

Article 3 (Privacy and Data Handling)

1. Data Collection

  • This application provides the function to save audio data recorded by users on their device or Google Drive
  • The developer does not access, collect, or store recording data
  • This application does not use analytics tools or advertising networks

2. Microphone Access

  • This application requests microphone access solely for providing recording functionality
  • Recording data is stored on the device or sent to Google Drive at the user's choice

3. Data Storage Methods

  • Local storage: Recording data is stored in the app's dedicated area on the device
  • Google Drive storage: Saved to Google Drive only when selected by the user
  • Regardless of storage method, the developer cannot access recording data

4. User Responsibilities

  • Management of recording data content and storage location is the user's responsibility
  • When using Google Drive storage, users must comply with Google Drive's terms of service and privacy policy
  • Users must respect third-party privacy and not record others' voices without permission
  • Users are recommended to create regular backups of important data

6. Disclaimer

The developer assumes no responsibility for:

Article 4 (External Service Integration)

  1. This application integrates with Google and other external services only when using the Google Drive storage function.
  2. Users utilizing Google Drive storage must comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of the integrated external services.
  3. Google Drive storage may become unavailable due to external service outages, specification changes, or other reasons, but local storage functionality will not be affected.
  4. Google Drive storage may not function properly due to internet connection issues or other reasons, but local storage functionality will not be affected.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  1. Recording content that violates laws
  2. Recording content that infringes on third-party rights
  3. Recording content that violates public order and morals
  4. Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  5. Unauthorized use of this application's functions
  6. Acts that interfere with this application's operation
  7. Acts that cause inconvenience to other users
  8. Copying, modifying, disassembling, or reverse engineering this application
  9. Exploiting vulnerabilities in this application
  10. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the developer

Article 6 (Content and Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to this application belong to the developer.
  2. Copyrights to recorded data belong to the user.
  3. Users must not record content that infringes on third-party copyrights.
  4. When recording third-party content, users are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions.

Article 7 (Application Quality and Operation Guarantee)

  1. This application is provided "as is," and the developer makes no guarantees regarding its operation.
  2. This application is developed by an individual developer and does not guarantee operation on all iOS devices.
  3. While the developer develops the application in compliance with App Store Review Guidelines, functions may be restricted due to future guideline changes.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The developer assumes no responsibility for:

  1. Direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this application
  2. Data loss or corruption
  3. Business interruption or delays
  4. Issues due to conflicts with other applications or systems
  5. Communication costs associated with using this application
  6. Device failures or malfunctions
  7. Loss of opportunities, revenue reduction, or other economic losses
  8. Function restrictions due to App Store Review Guidelines changes
  9. Effects of policy changes by Apple or third-party services

Article 9 (Service Changes and Termination)

  1. The developer may terminate provision of this application without prior notice in the following cases:
    • At the developer's discretion
    • When integration with external services becomes difficult (affects only Google Drive storage function)
    • When compliance with App Store Review Guidelines becomes difficult
    • When legal issues arise
    • Other cases deemed necessary by the developer
  2. The developer may change or remove functions of this application without prior notice. However, even if Google Drive storage becomes unavailable due to external service issues, local storage functionality will continue to be provided.
  3. The developer assumes no responsibility for damages incurred by users due to the preceding paragraphs.

Article 10 (Relationship with App Store Terms)

  1. App Store terms of service apply in addition to these Terms.
  2. In case of conflict between these Terms and App Store terms of service, App Store terms take precedence.
  3. Users agree to comply with decisions made by Apple regarding this application (deletion, function restrictions, etc.).

Article 11 (Terms Modifications)

  1. The developer may modify these Terms at any time without user consent.
  2. Modified Terms take effect upon notification within this application.
  3. If users continue to use this application after modifications, they are deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.

Article 12 (Severability)

If any part of these Terms is deemed legally invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of other parts of these Terms.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
  2. For disputes arising from this application, the district court with jurisdiction over the developer's address shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.

1. Inquiries

For inquiries about this application, please use the App Store review function. However, we may not be able to respond to individual inquiries.

3. Language

These Terms are created in Japanese, and even if translated into other languages, the Japanese version takes precedence.

4. Other

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by laws and commercial practices.
